New Here?

We want you to feel comfortable and blessed as our guests at Faith. Our promise is that we will accept you wherever you are in your walk-of-faith.  So, here is some information to help you get started.

In following God’s plan for us as Christians, we will encourage you to grow in your faith through; attending regular worship, studying the Word of God, and by being good stewards of all of God’s gifts as we look to serve others.

Our Family of Faith is eager to welcome you and get to know you. Together we will sing, pray, listen to wonderful music, and hear God’s word spoken and preached as we, “Live in His Love . . . Share His Joy!”  We look forward to worshipping with you.

Worship Services

The Saturday, 5:00 pm Praise and Worship Service has light-contemporary music which our praise team leads (from CCLI’s top 100 Praise Music list). We join together to sing, pray, and hear God’s word. The Lord’s Supper is offered on Saturdays before the worship services on the first, third, and fifth Saturdays of each month.

The Sunday, 9:30 am Traditional Worship Service focuses on the worship services from The Lutheran Service Book Hymnal.  This is a more liturgical service that comes from our historic past and uses scripture, responsive readings, a sermon, prayers, and music to form a worship service that has an order, structure, and scriptural significance. The Lord’s Supper is offered at this service on the first, third, and fifth Sundays of each month.

If you can’t attend our regular services, view our Worship services online here.

The Lord’s Supper

We believe that the bread and wine used in The Lord’s Supper is the true body and blood of Jesus Christ given for us for the forgiveness of our sins.  We believe that we as sinners cannot save ourselves and it is only through the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that we are saved.

If you believe this as well, you are invited to join us for The Lord’s Supper at our worship services.

Dress Code

As we attend worship in God’s House, many of our members choose to dress up, but many others come in casual clothes.  We’re not concerned about how you dress, as long as it is respectful to God and isn’t distracting to others.

Parking

There is ample parking for you and your family. You are invited to drop off your family and friends in our covered portico during inclement weather or as a simple convenience. We also have a lot located across the street for when worship services become very full.

Ushers/Greeters

When you come inside the front doors, there will be Faith Lutheran members to greet you and provide our worship bulletin.  Our greeters will be more than happy to show you where to go and assist you with any questions you might have.

Offering

As stewards of God’s blessings and gifts to us, we offer time in our worship service for God’s Love/Our Response. If you are a guest at Faith, we do not expect you to give an offering unless you want to. All offerings go to help support the work of The Lord at Faith and help with local mission projects in which we and our friends participate, as well as outreach and projects in our nation and our world. We return thanks with joyful hearts for all that God has given us! Please visit our Giving section of the website for many ways to thank the Lord.

Feel free to explore our website more while you are here, and take a few minutes to fill out our Guest Form; It will help us to get to know you better and learn more about how we can help you in your spiritual journey.
